An office mate sourced this photo of what seems to be the menu of a food stall. I'm not exactly sure though whether it's Chinese or Japanese delicacies. Only one way to know (besides buying, of course) is to talk to the proprietor of this here fine dining establishment. Maybe he or she can shed light on their profound menu of exotic food.
